LONG DESCRIPTION: The 2011.MAY.1stSixMonth.Allocation results and Network Model postings have been delayed in order to complete the validation of the model. An update on estimated posting times will be provided no later than close of business on Thursday, March 17, 2011. If the planned May Auction activities are affected by this delay, an updated Activity Calendar will also be provided.

A follow-up Market Notice will be sent when the postings are complete.
