SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Suspended posting of State Estimator Load Reports

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  March 30, 2011

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The following report postings on the Market Information System (MIS) have been suspended as of March 30, 2011, at 09:00 due to specific claims of confidentiality raised by members of Texas Industrial Energy Consumers (TIEC).

• NP6-620-CD             State Estimator 15-minute Average of Loads
• NP6-621-CD             State Estimator Load Report – Individual Load on Electrical Buses
• NP6-623-CD             State Estimator Load Report – Load by Electrical Bus by Load Zone
• NP6-624-CD             State Estimator Load Report – Total System Load on Electrical Buses

Attached is TIEC’s position on the confidentiality issues associated with the reports. These reports were being produced by ERCOT to meet Protocol Sections 6.5.7.1.13(4)(b) and (e). ERCOT does not intend to resume posting these reports until all confidentiality issues have been resolved.
