SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation details of NPRR302

LONG DESCRIPTION: On March 24, 2011, ERCOT will implement Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 302, Correct Fuel Type Language for Mitigated Offer Cap, which was approved by the ERCOT Board of Directors on January 11, 2011. This NPRR revises the language in Protocol Section 4.4.9.4.1, Mitigated Offer Cap, to eliminate the use of the Fuel Oil Price (FOP) in the calculation of the lower bound of the Mitigated Offer Cap curve.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pursuant to Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
