SHORT DESCRIPTION: CRR application defect patches restored

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has restored the Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) system defect patches that were rolled back on March 9, 2011.

The defect patches were rolled back to allow CRR Account Holders (CRRAHs) to enter PTP Option (OPT) bids of $0.00, to align with the CRR Auction Bid criteria in the ERCOT Protocols.

The restored patches show 24-hour bids in both the private and common market results downloadable files. Additionally, the “Last Modified Date” of the downloadable files within the application will now correspond to when model changes are made.

With the current installation, bids for OPTIONS priced at $0.00 will not be allowed. The ability to set the minimum bid price for OPTION bids, including $0.00, will be restored prior to the next bid window opening.
