SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Change to frequency of State Estimator Load Reports

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  March 21, 2011

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Based on language in Protocol Section 6.5.7.1.13, Data Inputs and Outputs for the Real-Time Sequence and SCED, ERCOT is currently overproducing the State Estimator Load Reports. In order to align with the protocol language and be consistent with the other reports within this subsection of protocols, the following reports are changing from a 5-minute near real-time frequency to an hourly posting frequency.

·         NP6-621-CD – State Estimator Load Report – Individual Load on Electrical Buses

·         NP6-623-CD – State Estimator Load Report – Load by Electrical Bus by Load Zone

·         NP6-624-CD – State Estimator Load Report – Total System Load on Electrical Buses

·         NP6-625-CD – State Estimator Load Report – Total ERCOT Generation

·         NP6-626-CD – State Estimator Load Report – DC Ties Flows

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The frequency changes will be implemented on Monday, March 21, 2011, at 09:00.
