SHORT DESCRIPTION:  CRR system outage for updates to June 2011First Six Months CRR Auction Network Model

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRR Account Holders

DAY AFFECTED:  April 20, 2011, 18:00 – 20:00 CDT

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Congestion Revenue Rights (CRR) system will be unavailable from 18:00 until 20:00 CDT tonight, April 20, 2011, for the following updates to the Network Model for the June 2011 First Six Months CRR Auction:

1)    Non-thermal limit for W_TO_N has changed from 2406 to 1684

2)    Settlement point names for JCKCNTY_CT3 and JCKCNTY_CT4 will be updated to JCKCNTY2_CT3 and JCKCNTY2_CT4. All existing bids will reflect the updated names automatically. 

The Network Model will be available for download from the Market User Interface Common Downloads page and on the Market Information System (MIS) when system availability is restored. A difference file for the updates will be provided for quick reference.
