SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced outages of MarkeTrak, Retail Processing, ESIID Lookup, and TML/ MIS Find ESIID and Find Transactions from 11:39 to 12:45 on Wednesday, April 13, 2011.

Find ESIID and Find Transactions continued to experience intermittent errors and transaction processing experienced performance issues until 17:45.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  LSEs and TDSPs

DAY AFFECTED:  April 13, 2011 from 11:39 to 17:45

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced outages of MarkeTrak, Retail Processing, ESIID Lookup, and TML/ MIS Find ESIID and Find Transactions from 11:39 to 12:45 on Wednesday, April 13, 2011.

Find ESIID and Find Transactions continued to experience intermittent errors and transaction processing experienced performance issues until 17:45.

ERCOT is processing at normal levels and no longer seeing intermittent issues with the Find ESIID/Transactions. 

ROOT CAUSE: Internal EAI application components were inadvertently brought down during server maintenance.
