NOTICE TYPE:  R-A04142011-02 FINAL – Retail Processing, ESIID Lookup, Find ESIID, and Find Transactions

SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced a degradation of Retail Processing, ESIID Lookup, and TML/ MIS Find ESIID and Find Transactions from 09:00 to 14:00 today, April 14, 2011.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  LSEs and TDSPs

DAY AFFECTED:  April 14, 2011from 09:00 to 14:00

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced a degradation of Retail Processing, ESIID Lookup, and TML/ MIS Find ESIID and Find Transactions from 09:00 to 14:00 today, April 14, 2011.

Find ESIID and Find Transactions is currently functioning normally. 

An operating system patch rollback was put into place at 11:30 and completed at 14:00, resolving the issue.

SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT is experiencing a degradation of Retail Processing, ESIID Lookup, and TML/ MIS Find ESIID and Find Transactions since 09:00 today, April 14, 2011.

Find ESIID and Find Transactions continue to experience intermittent errors and transaction processing is currently functioning in a degraded state.  Troubleshooting is ongoing.

Find ESIID and Find Transactions continue to experience intermittent errors and transaction processing is currently functioning in a degraded state.  Troubleshooting is ongoing.
