DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT is currently experiencing intermittent degradation of Retail Processing, Find ESIID, and Find Transactions

ERCOT is working on resolving this issue and will provide additional information as it becomes available.

Affected applications (both on a continuous or intermittent basis):

All retail processing (EAI)

TML (all retail interfaces) – Find ESI ID
