DESCRIPTION: ERCOT is experiencing a degradation of Retail Processing, ESIID Lookup, and TML/ MIS Find ESIID and Find Transactions beginning at 08:30 today, April 19, 2011.
ERCOT is currently working on multiple options to restore the services to normal. Retail processing is functioning in a degraded state.
