NOTICE DATE: April 4, 2011 NOTICE TYPE: R-A040411-01 Retail Processing SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced a delay in processing 814_04 transactions between Sunday, April 3, 2011 and Monday, April 4, 2011. INTENDED AUDIENCE: CRs and TDSPs DAY AFFECTED: April 4, 2011 LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced a delay in processing approximately 530 814_04 transactions between Sunday, April 3, 2011 and Monday, April 4, 2011. As a result, associated transactions (814_05s and 814_06s) were also impacted. All response transactions were successfully processed outbound by 10:00 AM today, Monday, April 4, 2011. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Root cause was identified as a missed step during troubleshooting efforts after the maintenance outage.
