SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Delay of the 2011 Balance of Year PCRR Allocation, 2011 Balance of Year Auction, and July 2011 CRR Auction

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRR Account Holders

DAY AFFECTED:  May 3, 2011

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The 2011 Balance of Year Pre-Assigned Congestion Revenue Right (PCRR) Allocation and 2011 Balance of Year Auction have been delayed two weeks. The Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) activity calendar has been updated with the new dates.  The Non-Opt-In Entity (NOIE) nomination window, which would have opened today, has also been pushed back two weeks.

As a result of moving the Balance of Year Auction, the July Auction Dates have been moved back one week as well.  Please refer to the CRR activity calendar, posted on the Market Information System (MIS) for further details.
