SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Balance of Year Auction Model and PCRR Allocation delayed - Update

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRR Account Holders

DAY AFFECTED:  May 4, 2011

LONG DESCRIPTION: The Balance of Year Auction model posting and PCRR allocation is delayed.  Due to the requirement that the Auction model needs to be posted 10 business days prior to the auction, the Balance of Year Auction will also be delayed.

A follow up market notice will be sent when the network model posts and when the PCRR allocation results post.
