SHORT DESCRIPTION:  List of Settlement Points added to and retired from the CRR sources and sinks.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRR Account Holders

DAY AFFECTED:  May 24 – 27, 2011

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The attached list of New Settlement Points will be added with the June 23, 2011 Network Operations Model load but will not be effective until July 1, 2011. For the July CRR Auction and the Balance of Year CRR Auction, the new Settlement Points are biddable. 

The attached list of Retiring Settlement Points will be retired with the July 1, 2011, Network Operations Model load. For the July CRR Auction and the Balance of Year CRR Auction, the retiring Settlement Points are non-biddable.
