SHORT DESCRIPTION: CORRECTION – Balance of Year Auction and PCRR Allocations

INTENDED AUDIENCE: CRR Account Holders

DAY AFFECTED: May 10, 2011

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has posted the Pre-allocated Congestion Revenue Rights (PCRRs) for the Balance of Year. Additionally, the Balance of Year network model files have been posted to the Market Information System (MIS). However, they will not be available for download through the CRR application interface until further notice. ERCOT will use the Market Operator message to notify CRRAH participants when the files are available through the application interface.

The Auction Notice for the Balance of Year auction will be sent out on Friday, May 13, 2011. The new dates are as follows: (Note that the first two dates have been corrected from the previous Notice)

Friday, 5/13/2011	Auction Notice, Credit Window Opens for 2011.BOY.Auction
Monday, 5/23/2011	Credit Lock for the 2011.BOY.Auction at 17:00 CDT
Tuesday, 5/24/2011	Bid Window Opens for the 2011.BOY.Auction at 00:00:01 CDT
Thursday, 5/26/2011	Bid Window Closes for the 2011.BOY.Auction at 17:00:00 CDT
Thursday, 5/26/2011	Second Round Bid Window Opens, if needed, for the 2011.BOY.Auction at 18:00:00 CDT
Friday, 5/27/2011	Second Round Bid Window Closes, if needed, for the 2011.BOY.Auction at 12:00:00 CDT
