SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation details of NPRR329

LONG DESCRIPTION: On May 18, 2011, ERCOT will implement Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 329, Security Classification Changes for Extracts/Reports, which was approved by the ERCOT Board on April 19, 2011. NPRR329 changes the security classification of many extracts/reports from “Secure” to “Public”. This will allow the data contained within these extracts/reports to be accessible without the use of an ERCOT Digital Certificate.
NPRR329 will make the following extracts/reports available publicly:
1. Seven-Day Load Forecast by Forecast Zone
2. Seven-Day Load Forecast by Weather Zone
3. Short Term System Adequacy Report
4. Load Forecast Distribution Factors
5. Settlement Points List and Electrical Buses Mapping
6. DAM Ancillary Service Plan
7. Weather Assumptions
8. Aggregated Wind Generation Resource Power Potential Forecast
9. Actual and Forecasted Regional Wind Production
10. Hourly RMR Services Deployed
11. Daily RUC Active & Binding Transmission Constraints
12. Hourly RUC Active & Binding Transmission Constraints
13. Adverse Weather
14. System-Wide Demand
15. Changes to Transmission Facility Status
16. SCED Shadow Prices and Binding Transmission Constraints
17. Planned Service Four Coincident Peak Calculations Report.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pursuant to Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
NPRR329 and associated documents can be found on the ERCOT website, under Market Rules, at http://www.ercot.com/mktrules/issues/nprr/326-350/329/index.
In conjunction with the change to the data classification of these Extracts/Reports, ERCOT will implement changes to the posting locations of these items on the Market Information System (MIS) to relocate the items from their secure portlet locations into public portlets. New ERCOT.com links will also be created to account for the public posting of these documents.
