SHORT DESCRIPTION: A new Web-Based Training course on Non Opt-in Entity (NOIE) QSE Operations is now available

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has published a Web-Based Training version of the NOIE QSE Operations course. Non Opt-in Entity (NOIE) QSE Operations is designed to supplement information covered in the Basic Training Program as it pertains to non-opt-in entities. The course includes a review of business tools that may be useful to NOIEs, including output schedules, dynamically scheduled resources (DSRs) and pre-assigned congestion revenue rights (PCRRs).

ACTION REQUIRED: To access this and other training courses, go to the training page of the ERCOT website at http://www.ercot.com/services/training/. You will find the newly added course in the “Web-Based Training (Wholesale Market)” section. Select the name of the course for additional details, or click the “Register Online” link to be routed to ERCOT’s Learning Management System to register for any of the courses. You may also access the Learning Management System directly to register for any ERCOT training course.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This course is part of a series of instructor-led and web-based training courses available to Market Participants.
