NOTICE DATE: June 21, 2011 NOTICE TYPE: M-A062111-01 NPRR SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation details of NPRR146 INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants DAY AFFECTED: July 1, 2011 LONG DESCRIPTION: On July 1, 2011, ERCOT will implement Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 146, ICCP Telemetry Information Submittals, which was authorized for implementation by the ERCOT Board at its June 21, 2011, meeting. NPRR146 requires that changes to an existing Network Operations Model Change Request (NOMCR) that modify only Inter-Control Center Communications Protocol (ICCP) data object names be submitted prior to the completion of the testing for the Network Operations Model. The associated adjustments to the deadlines for ICCP change submittals are reflected on the Network Operations Model Change Schedule webpage at http://www.ercot.com/gridinfo/transmission/opsys-change-schedule. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pursuant to Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation. Ten days notice was not possible in this case due to the timing of the Board authorization and the necessary implementation date.
