LONG DESCRIPTION:  Due to a Security-Constrained Economic Dispatch (SCED) failure, some of the values in the System Ancillary Service Capacity Monitor dashboard on the ERCOT Market Information System (MIS) were inaccurate for the 13:35 and 13:40 intervals on August 12, 2011.
