SHORT DESCRIPTION: ERCOT Commercial API Hardware Upgrade
INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED: Monday, August 22, 2011
LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT will be completing a Commercial API hardware upgrade on Monday, August 22, 2011. The Commercial API will be available during the implementation. There are no expected system outages
during this time.
The services available through Commercial API include:

Find ESIID
·
Find Transaction
·
Download report requests
Both the current configuration, including the new upgrade will be available concurrently for one month. On September 22, 2011, the
https://pi.ercot.com/servlet/piController URL will no longer be available for use.
ACTION REQUIRED: Market participants will need to update the URL they are using to post to the Commercial API. The new URL that will be available with this implementation is
https://misapi.ercot.com/piApp/piController.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
