SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT’s Texas Market Link (TML) application experienced an unplanned outage of the Find ESIID and Find Transaction functions on Tuesday, August 23, 2011 from 15:21 to 16:19.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  All Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  August 23, 2011 from 15:21 to 16:19 

LONG DESCRIPTION:   The Find ESIID and Find Transaction functions of ERCOT’s Texas Market Link (TML) application experienced an unplanned outage on August 23, 2011 from 15:21 to 16:19.

The impacted functions are now operational.

The root cause was an error with an Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) component.
