NOTICE DATE: August 1, 2011 NOTICE TYPE: W-A080111-01 Settlements SHORT DESCRIPTION: Modified Data Aggregation Run Date and Reposting of Settlement Statements INTENDED AUDIENCE: QSE and CRRAH Settlement Personnel DAYS AFFECTED: Operating Days February 2, 2011, True-Up Settlement; June 3, 2011, Final Settlement; and July 22, 2011, Initial Settlement LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT data validation processes identified an error and initiated a rerun of Data Aggregation. The Data Aggregation process was re-executed on August 1, 2011, for the affected Operating Days. The RTM Initial Settlement Statements for July 22, 2011, and the RTM Final Settlement Statements for June 3, 2011, were posted to the ERCOT Market Information System (MIS) earlier today. Those statements are no longer valid and have been removed from the MIS. Revised RTM Settlement Statements for June 3, 2011, and July 22, 2011, will be posted later today. ERCOT apologizes for the inconvenience and plans to post the Settlement Statements for all three Operating Days by midnight tonight, August 1, 2011, as required by ERCOT Protocols. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Corresponding RTM Market Operating Day and Consolidated Operating Day Extracts for the three affected Operating Days will be posted in accordance with Protocols based on the settlement approval for each Operating Day.
