SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Delayed payments to CRR Invoice Recipients

 

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRR Account Holders and CRRAH settlement personnel

 

DAY AFFECTED:  September 21, 2011

 

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Per protocol section 9.9.2, ERCOT Payment to Invoice Recipients for the CRR Auction, payments for the October 2011 monthly CRR Auction were due to Invoice Recipients by 17:00 CPT on September 21, 2011. However, ERCOT did not process the payments prior to 17:00 CPT and subsequently the payments could not have been received by Invoice Recipients until the morning of September 22, 2011. ERCOT has verified that the payments to the impacted Invoice Recipients were cleared by 09:00 CPT on September 22, 2011. The payment delay did not impact the credit exposure calculation.
