DAY AFFECTED:  September 26, 2011 from 08:45 to 09:20 and 09:37 to current

DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT’s Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) database experienced an unplanned outage on Monday, September 26, 2011 from 08:45 to 09:20. The database went down again at 09:37 and is currently unavailable.

Retail Transactions are currently unable to process in ERCOT systems.

ERCOT is currently working to resolve the issue.
