ERCOT’s Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) database experienced an unplanned outage on Monday,
September 26, 2011 from
08:45 to 09:20 and 09:37 to 10:02.

LONG DESCRIPTION:
ERCOT’s Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) database experienced an unplanned outage on Monday,
September 26, 2011 from
08:45 to 09:20 and 09:37 to 10:02. Some retail transactions were delayed during these times.
The impacted functions are now operational.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: A root cause has not yet been determined. ERCOT is currently researching whether transaction SLA timing was affected.

ERCOT’s Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) database
experienced an unplanned outage on Monday, September 26, 2011 from
08:45 to 09:20. The database went down again at 09:37 and is currently unavailable.
Retail Transactions are currently unable to process in ERCOT systems.
ERCOT is currently working to resolve the issue.
