SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Modified reports for the repeated DST hour

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSE operations personnel

LONG DESCRIPTION: 

Reports:  The attached list of reports are being modified to include an attribute identifying the repeated Daylight Saving Time (DST) hour that will be populated using ‘Y’ or ‘N’ with ‘Y’ representing the repeated DST hour. These changes will be in effect November 6, 2011, forward.

The data in the attachment identifies the reports using the attribute called ‘DSTFlag’. The new attribute will be appended to the end of the column structure in the csv files. For the XML formatted reporting, please refer to Current Day Reports XSD v1.0 available at http://www.ercot.com/services/mdt/xsds/ for the structures supporting DST.

Additionally, the Monthly Summary of Ancillary Service Supply Responsibility Failure Report will be appending a column named ‘RepeatedHourFlag’ for the indication of the DST hour.

Reports will not be available during the DST testing process. Please review the reference documentation for the changes.

External Web Services:  The External Web Services (EWS) provided by ERCOT are not changing from the current specification. For information regarding EWS, please refer to the latest version of the EIP External Interface Specifications document found in the Wholesale section of the http://www.ercot.com/services/mdt/xsds/ webpage. The most recent External Web Services XSD may also be found in the same location.
