LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT received a Notification of Suspension of Operations (NSO) on September 9,
2011, for the following Generation Resource:
ERCOT has completed its preliminary review and is issuing its initial determination that this Resource is not required to support ERCOT System reliability. Pursuant
to Protocol Section 3.14.1.2(3), this Notice will also serve as the final determination, and the Resource may cease or suspend operations according to the schedule in the NSO.
ACTION REQUIRED: ERCOT has posted the analysis performed to arrive at its determination on the Market
Information System (MIS) Secure Area on the Grid/Generation page under Reliability Must Run at
https://mis.ercot.com/pps/tibco/mis/Pages/Grid+Information/Generation.
An ERCOT digital certificate is required to access the MIS.
