SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Miscellaneous Invoice for correction to Resettlement for EILS for the Contract Period of October 1, 2010, through January 31, 2011

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSE settlement personnel

DAY AFFECTED:  October 27, 2011

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT was made aware of an error in the calculation of a payment to an Emergency Interruptible Load Service (EILS) provider for the Contract Period of October 1, 2010, through January 31, 2011. ERCOT has issued Miscellaneous Invoices that correct this error. Settlements for this Contract Period were previously included on the RTM True-Up Settlement Statements for Operating Day February 12, 2011. The Load and Self Provision used for each Time-Period for the Contract have not changed. See Notice W-A041111-02 (attached) for further information.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  The Miscellaneous Invoices can be found in the Market Information System (MIS) at https://mis.ercot.com/pps/tibco/mis/Pages/Market+Information/Settlements.

Payments will be due on November 3, 2011.

Payouts will be made on November 4, 2011.
