SHORT DESCRIPTION: Scheduled Maintenance Outage (RMS and COPS Granted Exception for a 36 Hour Outage)
INTENDED AUDIENCE: All Market Participants
DAY AFFECTED: 12:00 Saturday, October 22, 2011 through 00:00 Monday, October 24, 2011.
LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has scheduled a maintenance outage from 12:00 Saturday, October 22, 2011 through 00:00 Monday, October 24, 2011.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: During the outage the following functions will be affected:
- Market Participants utilizing NAESB to send/receive transactions to/from ERCOT will NOT be able to send/receive transactions to/from ERCOT during the outage. This includes all retail transactions.
- 867 transactions will NOT be forwarded during the outage.
- 997 Functional Acknowledgements will NOT be sent during the outage.
- Components of the TML and Commercial API will NOT be available including:
- Find ESI ID
- Find Transaction
- Submit Transactions
- USA Functionalities
- Report Explorer, including
- Reports
- Extracts
- Invoices
- Settlement Statements
- Extract Scheduler
- Web Services Data Requests
- ERCOT Internet Services will NOT be available, including but not limited to:
- Components of the MIS will NOT be available including:
- Components of the MIS will intermittently NOT be available including:
- Downloading of extracts and reports
- Current Day Reports without retry functionality may not be rerun for the missed postings during the outage time.
- MIS Secure area dashboards will be intermittently unavailable
- www.ercot.com pricing and load data displays will be intermittently unavailable
