and 867 RCSO Report

LONG DESCRIPTION: In support of the Texas Market Link (TML) decommission efforts and to be more consistent with
all current Market Information System (MIS) postings, ERCOT is implementing a file naming convention change to the following two reports.
Mapping Status Reject Report:
Current filename: rpt.(06-29-2010 06:01:52 ).MSRej_0629060001.csv
New filename: rpt.00000217.16digitduns.yyyymmdd.HHMMSS.MSReject.csv
867 Received on Cancelled Service Orders (RCSO) Report:
Current filename: rpt.(06-25-2010 12:07:14 ).867RCSO_06252010.csv
New filename: rpt.00000226.16digitduns.yyyymmdd.HHMMSS.867RCSO.csv
In addition to the file naming convention changes above, the 867 RCSO report will include the changes listed below:
The following column names will be abbreviated:

Service Order Status will be reflected as SO Status
·
Service Order Sub-Status will be reflected as SO Sub-Status
·
Scheduled Meter Read Date will be reflected as SMRD
·
Blank Columns will be removed
The record add times for the report currently captures data from Friday 00:00:00 through Friday at 23:59:59. Beginning
with the October 31 posting, the data set will contain data from Sunday at 00:00:00 through Saturday at 23:59:59. The report will continue to post weekly on Mondays by 13:00.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The Mapping Status Reject and 867 Received on Cancelled Service Orders reports are both located on the Markets Tab/Retail Landing Page in the Certified Reports and Extracts portlet on the MIS.
