SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Implementation details of SCR762 and conference call for Questions and Answers.

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On October 28, 2011, ERCOT will implement System Change Request (SCR) 762, Enable a Single Step Cancel/Resubmit of Trades, which was approved by the ERCOT Board on July 19, 2011. SCR762 modifies the Market Management System (MMS) such that resubmission of a trade that has already been confirmed causes the confirmed trade to be overwritten by the new submission and marked as unconfirmed. 

Although there are no market submission changes for the QSE trade submissions, ERCOT will host a short conference call and WebEx meeting to explain the change in the trade confirmation logic to ensure QSEs are aware of the change in design and overwriting of confirmed trades.  The conference call will be hosted by ERCOT on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 from 2-3pm CPT and posted on the ERCOT calendar.
