SHORT DESCRIPTION: Intermittent formatting issue with the 60 Day SCED Disclosure Reports

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has discovered an intermittent issue with the 60 Day Load Resource Data in SCED file, which posts as part of the 60 Day SCED Disclosure Reports zip file (NP3-965-ER). For this particular file, the header record of the report is occasionally appearing in the body of the report. This occurrence is due to the file writing changes that were implemented to increase the efficiency of the report and extract posting process.

ERCOT has implemented an emergency patch to correct the issue and maintain the header records at the top of the report going forward from the November 29, 2011, posting.
