SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation details for NPRR310

INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED: December 9, 2011

LONG DESCRIPTION: On December 9, 2011, ERCOT will implement Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 310, Expand Output Schedule Acceptable Range to Include HSL and LSL, which was approved by the ERCOT Board on May 17, 2011. NPRR310 allows Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) to submit Output Schedules that are less than or equal to the Resource’s High Sustained Limit (HSL) and greater than or equal to the Resource’s Low Sustained Limit (LSL). This implementation will unbox the grey-boxed language in Protocol Section 6.4.2.3, Output Schedule Criteria.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pursuant to Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
