SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Updated implementation details of NOGRR025 – missed report posting  

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  November 16, 2011

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On January 3, 2011, ERCOT partially implemented Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) 025, Monitoring Programs for QSEs, TSPs, and ERCOT, which was approved by the ERCOT Board on September 15, 2009. This implementation included paragraph (3) of Nodal Operating Guide Section 9.3.2, System and Resource Control, which requires that ERCOT report the “reversal of Base Point instructions to Generation Resources from interval to interval” for Resources not providing Regulation Service.

This monthly report was not posted on the Market Information System (MIS) for the months of January through September 2011.

The October 2011 report was posted to the MIS on November 16, 2011.
