SHORT DESCRIPTION: QSEs are receiving Current Operating Plan (COP)  validation errors 

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSE operations personnel

DAYS AFFECTED:  November 5, 2011

LONG DESCRIPTION:  QSEs are receiving Current Operating Plan (COP)  validation errors for the repeated hour (02:00 on November 6, 2011) for Jointly Owned and Combined Cycle resources.

Please note this is just a message issue (for the repeated hour only), not an issue with COP data in the Market Management System (MMS) database.  Any other errors and for any other hours are valid and should acted upon appropriately by each Market Participant.  ERCOT is aware of the issue but is not able to install a system fix prior to the implementation of Daylight Savings Time.
