SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced an issue related to the 36 hour maintenance outage this past weekend (M-B101111) which resulted in approximately two percent of 867 transactions processing out of protocol on Monday, October 31, 2011.

LONG DESCRIPTION:   On Monday, October 31, 2011, ERCOT experienced an issue related to the 36 hour maintenance outage this past weekend (M-B101111) which resulted in approximately two percent of 867 transactions processing out of protocol on Monday, October 31, 2011.
ERCOT has processed all delayed transactions.
Following is a breakdown of the transactions impacted and processed out of protocol:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The root cause was an incorrect configuration with the EDI application.
