LONG DESCRIPTION: Due to replication issues, the Total Amount of Regulation Service Deployed (NP6-654-ER) was not posted to the Market Information System (MIS) Secure area on December 14 – 18, 2011.

The issues have been resolved, and the report began posting again on December 19, 2011.
