SHORT DESCRIPTION:  The Capacity Conversion Factor for the Renewable Energy Credit program has been set to 32.2% for the 2012 and 2013 Compliance Periods.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  All CRs

DAY AFFECTED:  Compliance Periods 2012 and 2013

LONG DESCRIPTION:  In accordance with the calculations specified in ERCOT Protocol Section 14.9.2, the Capacity Conversion Factor for Compliance Periods 2012 and 2013 has been calculated at 32.2%. This information is also available on the Message Board at www.texasrenewables.com .
