SHORT DESCRIPTION: Actual and Forecasted Regional Wind Production Report format change

LONG DESCRIPTION: On December 8, 2011, ERCOT activated a new public dashboard in accordance with System Change Request (SCR) 765, Public Aggregated Wind Dashboard (details below). This public dashboard uses information provided by the Actual and Forecasted Regional Wind Production report, NP4-732. ERCOT determined that future actual values should be null to avoid confusion with a zero value. In the implementation of the dashboard, the future actual values of the report, which had been showing zero values, were changed to present a null value. The null value for future actual values in the report is permanent.

The Public Aggregated Wind Dashboard will be located on ERCOT.com in the Grid Information/Current System Conditions section. It will also be located on the Applications/Dashboard Portlets section on the Market Information System (MIS).
