SHORT DESCRIPTION:  2011 Digital Certificate Audit Non-Compliance

LONG DESCRIPTION: Per ERCOT Protocol Section 16.12.4(2), ERCOT Audit – Consequences of Non-Compliance, on or about December 15, ERCOT reported to the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) all Market Participants (MPs) who failed to properly perform the annual digital certificate audit. Pursuant to ERCOT Protocol Section 16.12.4(4)(a), ERCOT is providing the MPs who failed to properly perform the annual digital certificate audit an opportunity to work with ERCOT to resolve the issue before the MPs USA is disqualified, or the MPs digital certificates are revoked.

ACTION REQUIRED:  Any MP who is listed on the report filed with the PUCT MUST submit a Digital Certificate Audit Attestation to ERCOT no later than February 29, 2012.
