DAY AFFECTED: January 31, 2012 from 14:21 to 15:51 CPT
LONG DESCRIPTION: The ERCOT Market Participant Identity Management (MPIM) system suffered an outage today, January 31, 2012 from 14:21 to 15:51 CPT. This was due to failed server connectivity, which has
been restored. The root cause is being investigated. All MPIM functions have been restored.
