SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Potential error in the Outage Scheduler

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSEs with Resources

DAY AFFECTED:  March 2, 2012

LONG DESCRIPTION:  A software anomaly has been discovered in the Outage Scheduler that has the potential to allow a Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) to view outages for Resources that are operated by another QSE in rare circumstances. If this error is observed, please report to your ERCOT Account Manager immediately.

ERCOT is working on this issue and will send a follow-up notice when it is resolved.
