SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Corrected potential error in the Outage Scheduler

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSEs with Resources

DAY AFFECTED:  March 9, 2012

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On March 2, 2012, ERCOT reported in Notice W-B030212-01 that a software anomaly had been discovered in the Outage Scheduler that had the potential to allow a Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) to view outages for Resources that are operated by another QSE, in rare circumstances.

ERCOT has corrected the software anomaly and this potential error has been resolved.
