SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Resettlement for EILS for the Contract Period of June 1 through September 30, 2011

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSE settlement personnel

DAYS AFFECTED:  June 1 through September 30, 2011, EILS Contract Period will be settled on the True-Up Settlement Statement of Operating Day October 12, 2011

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has resettled Emergency Interruptible Load Service (EILS) for the Contract Period of June 1 through September 30, 2011. The affected charge types will be included in a True-Up Settlement Statement as indicated by the table below:

Pursuant to Protocols Section 6.6.11.2(1), “For the resettlement of the EILS Contract Period as described in item (2) of Section 9.14.5, the LRS will be calculated using the True-up Load for each Operating Day in the EILS Contract Period.  True-up Load will be calculated according to the timing specified in item (2) of Section 9.5.8, RTM True-Up Statement.”

The True-Up ERCOT Load used to calculate True-Up EILS charges for the June 1 through September 30, 2011, Contract Period is as follows:

Pursuant to Protocols Section 9.14.5(1), “All disputes for the Settlement of the EILS Contract Period are due ten Business Days after the date that the EILS settlement was posted. ERCOT shall resolve any approved disputes upon resettlement of the EILS Contract Period, as described in Section 9.14.5(2).”
