SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation details of NPRR395

DAY AFFECTED: April 27, 2012

LONG DESCRIPTION: On April 27, 2012, ERCOT will implement Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 395, CRR Auction Offer Award Disclosure, which was approved by the ERCOT Board on December 12, 2011.

NPRR395 requires ERCOT to post Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Auction offer awards following each CRR Auction in the same manner in which CRR Auction bid awards are currently posted on the Market Information System (MIS) Public Area. The auction bid and offer results posting will commence with the June 2012 CRR Auction posting.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pursuant to Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
