DAY AFFECTED: April 18, 2012 from 10:48 to 11:25

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced intermittent availability of the Find ESIID and Find Transactions applications on the Market Information System (MIS) from 10:48 to 11:25 on April 18, 2012. All application functionality has been restored.

The root cause was identified as a database issue, which has been resolved.

DESCRIPTION: ERCOT is experiencing an outage of MIS Find ESIID and Find Transactions. The issue began at approximately 11:00 today, April 18, 2012.

ERCOT is currently working to restore the services to normal.
