LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced a delay in
sending 5,187 retail batch transactions today, Monday, April 2, 2012.
Cancel and notify transactions (814_06s, 814_08s, and 814_22s) that should have been sent by 06:00 this morning were all sent out of protocol but by 08:45.
