ERCOT XML specifications have been updated to include ERS messaging information on pages 31 and 214 of the attached EIP Specifications document, also located on the ERCOT website under Public Data at http://www.ercot.com/services/mdt/userguides/. The attached example provides a detailed format of the deployment messaging.
ERCOT will perform testing of the ERS XML messaging in the Market Operations Test Environment (MOTE) at https://testingapi.ercot.com/2007-08/Nodal/eEDS/EWS/.
QSEs required or choosing to test must establish digital certificate and API connectivity with the ERCOT MOTE. Contact your ERCOT Wholesale Account Manager to confirm or establish MOTE connectivity.
