SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Change to System Ancillary Services Capacity Monitor Dashboard

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  May 8, 2012

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT is making a code change to the current System Ancillary Service Capacity Monitor Dashboard (GEN-504-UI). The current value displayed in Generation Resources under the Responsive Reserve Capacity (MW) is not accounting for all Resources with a status of ONRR.

A change to include all Generation Resources with the ONRR status is currently being tested and will be implemented once verification has completed. A follow-up Market Notice will be sent when the implementation date is confirmed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  The System Ancillary Service Capacity Monitor Dashboard is located on the Applications landing page on the Market Information System (MIS) under “Dashboard Portlets” and on the Current System Conditions webpage at http://www.ercot.com/gridinfo/csc/.
