LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Notice of Change of Information (NCI) form is required to make revisions and/or updates to a Market Participant’s registration with ERCOT. An updated NCI form has been posted on the ERCOT Website at http://www.ercot.com/services/rq/.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Effective May 1, 2012, only this updated version of the NCI form will be accepted by ERCOT. Previous versions will be rejected.
